To investigate the quasi-shear wave behavior and the underlying microscopic mechanism of an anisotropic solid under dynamic deformation beyond its Hugoniot elastic limit, LiF single crystals are shock-compressed along the [310] low-symmetry crystallographic orientation via normal plate-impact method. Interfacial velocity profiles are measured with a Doppler pin system. Peak normal stresses in samples vary between 1.91 GPa and 3.23 GPa. Under the lowest stress in this study, the resultant wave profile shows typical elastoplastic two-wave structures. In the second lowest stress experiment, an irregularity of the plastic wave or the inelastic deformation wave appears in the wave profile. At two higher stresses, a third wave is found following the elastoplastic two waves propagating along the normal direction. Our observations of three-wave structures in the [310] LiF are in excellent agreement with the simulation result of literature. This fact confirms that the immobilization of dislocations and rotation of slip planes are responsible for the microscopic mechanism of the three-wave propagations in the [310] LiF under uniaxial shock loading. The mechanism of the elastoplastic two-wave to anomalous three-wave structures evolution of material under different peak normal stresses will also be discussed. We consider tunneling of quasiparticles through a rectangular quantum well, subject to periodic driving. The quasiparticles are the itinerant charges in two-dimensional and three-dimensional semimetals having a quadratic bandtouching (QBT) point in the Brillouin zone. To analyze the time-periodic Hamiltonian, we assume a non-adiabatic limit where the Floquet theorem is applicable. By deriving the Floquet scattering matrices, we chalk out the transmission and shot noise spectra of the QBT semimetals. Inavolisib The spectra show Fano resonances, which we identify with the (quasi)bound states of the systems.Inspired by the profound physical connotations and potential applications of the spintronics and valleytronics, two-dimensional (2D) monolayer manganese chalcogenophosphates alloys are constructed, and the strain modulated spin-valley characteristics are investigated through the first principles calculations. For both the MnFePS3and MnFePSe3, the conductivity can be tuned reversibly between semiconductive and half-metallic, while and magnetic stability is controllable between ferromagnetism and antiferromagnetism. Large valley splitting of up to 1000 meV is achieved in MnFePS3under a -4% strain. Simultaneous spin splitting of 219 meV and valley splitting of 160 meV are acquired in MnFePS3under a 4% strain. Strain tunable magnetic moment and interaction between Mn, Fe and S/Se atoms are revealed as the internal mechanisms of controlling the magnetic stability, spin and valley polarizations in the two structures. All the findings in this work provide a strategy for the manipulation of spin and valley degrees of freedom in 2D magnetic materials. The purpose of the article is, on the basis of a comparative legal study of the general and distinctive features of the norms of the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine and Georgia regarding the possible participation of a doctor during the interrogation of a minor, to determine the expediency and necessity of the mandatory participation of a doctor during the interrogation of a child. Objective - on the basis of the analysis of the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia, as well as taking into account the vulnerability and originality of the development of the psyche of a minor, the specifics of the implementation of pediatric methods in overcoming barriers to communication with a child, outline ways to improve the norms of criminal law in both countries in this domain. It has been established that the constitutional provision of the right to human health (in particular of a child) in Ukraine and Georgia is contained not only in the codes and medical d doctors to objectively influence the psyche of a child in the selection of information on an incident. It was revealed that the requirements of international legal norms and psychological characteristics of the development and formation of a child's personality, the child's perception of the world around him and the events taking place in it dictate the need to amend the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine and Georgia. These changes should be aimed at a clearer formulation of terms for the involvement and mandatory participation of a doctor in the conduct of judicial investigative actions with a minor, in particular his interrogation. Thus, these changes will act as a guarantor of the realization of the right to human (child) health; meet the basic international principles and requirements in the field of healthcare and law.The article examines certain aspects of the application of virtual reality technologies in medicine. Attention is drawn to the partial regulation of human rights protection when using virtual and augmented reality technologies in medical practice. The scope of application of virtual and augmented reality technologies in scientific research, in the education and training of medical workers, as well as in medical practice (therapy, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, surgery and related procedures) has been investigated. It has been established that the peculiarity of using virtual reality technologies in medicine is manifested in the fact that such technologies must comply with certain state standards. Attention is drawn to security problems and ethical aspects of the use of virtual reality technologies. A new international normative act was proposed that would define the standards for the use of virtual reality technology in order to respect human dignity and protect his rights. The article reviews the medical and social vaccination-related initiatives in different countries of the world aimed at maintaining the balance between the public interest and respect for rights. A separate emphasis is put on exceptions to general rules of compulsory vaccination of children based on religious, philosophic and other personal beliefs of their parents. The connection between the medical and social initiatives applied in different countries, exemption from vaccination for non-medical reasons and reduction of herd immunity is determine. The methods of the research include the comparative method, i.e. the comparison of Ukrainian and international medical and social initiatives related to vaccination of children; the statistical method which is used for generalization of vaccination-related information of the World Health Organization and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control; the systematic analysis aimed at identification of existing shortcomings and positive experience of state policies of children vaccination in different countries of the world; the linguo-cognitive analysis, i.
