To explore the effect of using regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rScO ) monitoring with near-infrared spectroscopy in peri-anesthesia management of elderly hypertensive patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery. Sixty elderly patients with hypertension undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled as the research objects for this prospective study, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group received bispectral index (BIS) + rScO , while the control group only adopted BIS. The changes in BIS, mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), and rScO at 5 min after intubation (T1), 10 min after intubation (T2), immediately after changing position (T3), 5 min after changing position (T4), and 10 min after changing position (T5) of the two groups were recorded. The correlation between MAP and rScO was analyzed. Preoperative and postoperative Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (Mo than that of controls at 1, 2, and 3 days after surgery (all P<0.05). rScO monitoring with near-infrared spectroscopy in peri-anesthesia management of elderly patients with hypertension undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery can effectively stabilize hemodynamics and reduce the incidence of postoperative POCD.rScO2 monitoring with near-infrared spectroscopy in peri-anesthesia management of elderly patients with hypertension undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery can effectively stabilize hemodynamics and reduce the incidence of postoperative POCD. To analyze the correlation of the expression of microRNA-92a (miR-92a), microRNA-224 (miR-224), and microRNA-25 (miR-25) in non-small cell lung cancer with its clinical characteristics. This prospective study was performed in 125 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and January 2020. All patients' cancer and adjacent tissue were collected and the expression of miR-92a, miR-224, and miR-25 were detected using real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software (version 20.0). Correlation analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation coefficient. Compared with adjacent tissue, the relative expression of miR-92a, miR-224, and miR-25 in cancer tissue were increased (all P<0.001). There was no correlation between the expression of miR-92a, miR-224, and miR-25 and baseline data like gender, age, smoking history, and tumor size (all P>0.05). The relative expression of miR-92a, miR-224 and miR-25 in differentiated ced in non-small cell lung cancer and the expressions are related to the degree of differentiation, presence or absence of LNM, and TNM staging. In addition, the expression of miR-92a, miR-224 and miR-25 are positively correlated to each other. This suggests that miR-92a, miR-224, and miR-25 cooperatively participated in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer. To explore the improvement of quality of life of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease by comprehensive nursing intervention. Altogether 118 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were obtained and grouped into the control group (CG) and the experimental group (EG). The CG was given routine nursing and the EG was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, changes of serum inflammatory factors, negative emotion scores, treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. The satisfaction of nursing care of patients in two groups was counted. The total effective rate of treatment in the EG was evidently higher than that in the CG. Before nursing, there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors, SDS and SAS scores and quality of life scores between the two groups (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the levels of serum inflammatory factors, SDS and SAS scores and quality of life scores in the EG were evidently better than those in the CG, and their satisfaction with nursing was evidently higher than that in the CG (all P< 0.05). Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, and as such it is worth popularizing.Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, and as such it is worth popularizing. To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of X-ray devitalization and replantation and alcoholic devitalization and replantation in adolescent patients with lower limb osteosarcoma. We collected clinical data for 43 osteosarcoma patients with limb salvage treatment treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2018. The patients were divided into x-ray devitalization and replantation group (n=23) and alcoholic devitalization and replantation group (n=20) based on the treatment methods. The two groups were compared in operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative fracture healing time, length of tumor bones, MSTS score and ISOLS score, postoperative complications, postoperative follow-ups and postoperative recurrence and metastases. Operation duration and intraoperative blood loss of the alcoholic group were less than that of the X-ray group, while postoperative fracture healing time of the alcoholic group was longer than that of the X-ray group (P<0.05). For the X-ray groh methods are convenient, inexpensive, and effective for adolescent patients with lower limb osteosarcoma. selleck chemical Alcoholic devitalization and replantation results in shorter operation duration and less intraoperative blood loss, while X-ray devitalization and replantation results in better postoperative limb function restoration.
