As with other neoadjuvant treatments, induction radiotherapy must be personalized according to the histological subtype, the tumor site and the benefit/risk ratio, which is best appreciated by a multidisciplinary surgical and oncological team in a specialized center in the management of soft-tissue sarcomas. The new paradigm of precision medicine in oncology questions today the respective place of evidence-based medicine and doctor-patient relationship. Based on the results of a randomized study comparing the efficacy of a homeopathic molecule in the prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy in non-metastatic breast cancer, this article extends and develops the discussion of maintaining an unresolved tension between medical art and medical science, between care and cure. This tension sets a base for the authors of the therapeutic alliance in medicine, defined as a dialectic constantly adjourned between the alliance of the doctor with the patient and his therapy, and the therapeutic effect of this alliance. Because if a policy or a public opinion were to promote an exclusively rational medicine deprived of the field of relation to care, or on the contrary a medicine based only on clinical sense and intuition, then respectively the ethics of care and the progress of therapy would be threatened. It is advisable to be aware of erring from the truth, amplified today by social networks, as much due to a tide of scientific positivism, as an excess of the "good caring soul". Taking into account the therapeutic alliance makes it possible to no longer oppose scientific medicine and care relationship. Hematopoietic stem cell allograft is a treatment for patients with severe constitutional or acquired hematopoietic system diseases. This act is always linked to complications requiring multidisciplinary care. Our study describes the post-allograft cutaneous complications. A prospective study was conducted at the Hematology department of "20Août Hospital" in Casablanca during a period going from January 2018 to December 2020; including all patients who presented acute or chronic cutaneous complications post-allograft. Twenty-five patients were included. All patients received induction chemotherapy (Busulfan/Fludarabine or Busulfan/Melphalan). A skin infection was found in 8 patients four cases of Malassezia folliculitis, one case of perineal zona, one case of genital herpes, one case of varicella and one case of Candida sepsis. The acute graft versus host reaction was found in 3 patients, revealed by an erythematous rash all over the body. The chronic graft versus host reaction was found in five patients on a lichenoid form. Nine patients had a hyperpigmentation of the folds followed by detachment in the same areas, concluding to a Busulfan toxidermy. Hematopoietic stem cell allograft has many complications. The literature mainly specifies hematological and digestive complications, while skin complications are little described. Our series is special by reporting different types and mechanisms of skin complications that can occur; with a predominance of skin graft-on-host reactions and infections. It also reports an unusual Busulfan toxidermy.Hematopoietic stem cell allograft has many complications. The most common lymphomas include diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, primary effusion lymphoma, plasmablastic lymphoma and Hodgkin lymphoma. Appropriate approach is determined by lymphoma stage, performans status, comorbidities, histological subtype, status of the HIV disease and immunosuppression. Treatment outcomes have improved due to chemotherapy modalities and effective antiretroviral therapy. This review summarizes epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathology, and current treatment landscape in HIV associated lymphoma. The intelligent fault diagnosis of video data has become a demanding task in industrial applications. However, existing models require expensive computational cost and memory demand, which makes this technology applied in factories impossible. To address this problem, a temporal-spatial attention-based action recognition method (TARM) integrating TAB (temporal-attention-based frame splitting model), SAB (spatial-attention-based agent focusing mode) and LSB (long-short term feature learning mode) is proposed. TAB first extracts important frames from raw videos. Then, SAB refines video data by reinforcing their essential features and weakening unnecessary features. Furthermore, LSB monitors action type of video data by establishing recurrent convolutional architectures. Finally, the performance of TARM in terms of training time and fault diagnosis accuracy are validated by comparing with six state-of-the-art video diagnosis methods.Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is designed for regular processes frequently, due to its strong ability to reject disturbances and handle system uncertainties. However, ADRC design for high-order integral systems existing in many natural systems is always ignored. The controller design for high-order integral systems is different from the regular systems due to no pole in the left and right half s-planes. The ADRC design for high-order integral systems is studied to explain this question theoretically in this paper. Based on the equivalent form of ADRC, a theorem about the necessary condition of ADRC is proven which can guarantee the closed-loop system's stability. Additionally, the advantages of ADRC over proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller in sensor noise rejection and control signal variation are analyzed theoretically. Entinostat molecular weight In order to achieve expected control performance for high-order integral systems, a practical design procedure of ADRC is summarized by the single variable method.
