Preoperative mean IID was 7.15 mm and post operative mean IID was 43.5. There was no facial nerve paresis, malocclusion or recurrence but infection and extrusion of implant occurred in 1 case each. Silicon interpositional arthroplasty is an effective procedure for the treatment of TMJ Ankylosis; as it restores mouth opening and function, maintains the vertical ramus height, and prevents re-ankylosis without any donor site morbidity. The aim of this study is to evaluate cribriform-lamella (CL) angle and length of lateral lamella (LL) on CT scan and to correlate CL angle with LL length and Keros classification. Retrospective study analyzing 500 CT scans of PNS was performed at a tertiary care hospital. The CT scan anatomy of anterior cranial base was evaluated for Keros, CL angle and LL length. The relationship between these measurements was studied. Keros type I (75.2%) was the commonest finding in our study. Males have increased depth of olfactory fossa but there were no differences between the sides. Type A angle of CL (66.1%) was the commonest with females having an increased CL angle as compared to males. The LL length was 3.6 mm (± 0.8). There were no significant difference between sex/side of LL. Keros was found to be strongly correlated with the LL length whereas it has mild negative correlation with CL angle. There was no correlation between CL angle and LL length. Keros classification is the commonest criteria used to assess the risk of injury to anterior cranial base. However, we have found that the CL angle has an important role to play in the angulation/slope/level of anterior cranial base during endoscopic sinus surgery. CL angle needs to be considered as an important factor during endoscopic sinus surgery. This study was intended to assess the utility of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers in patients who do not wish surgery in addition to the patients with minor post-surgery asymmetries. This was a prospective study which included post-surgery patients for minor nasal asymmetries, patients unwilling for surgery and those waiting for revision surgery. It is of great use in candidates who do not wish surgery but had the desire for different nasal appearance especially for important life events like marriage etc. This study included 20 patients with follow up period of 18 months. The results were compared on Nasal Imperfection Scale and Rhinoplasty Outcome Evaluation along with pre and post injection photographs. Nasal Imperfection Scale difference of 5 and Rhinoplasty Outcome Evaluation Scale differential of 50 is considered to be significant, which was observed in all individual cases. The growing need of medical rhinoplasty by the patient as well as surgeons has led to the introduction of fillers. Hyaluronic acid fillers are safe, easy and effective dermal fillers for patients undergoing all the expected indications of medical rhinoplasty. There is also growing number of candidates who wish for a 'nose job' for desired changes without coming under surgeon's scalpel. Our clinical experience with 20 patients has been described with satisfactory results.Cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumours, are diverse pathologically with regard to the site of tumour origin and displacement of the neurovascular structures. In general CPA tumours are divided into acoustic and non-acoustic tumours. The aim of the present study was to see the spectrum of lesions at cerebellopontine angle and their historadiological correlation. A retrospective analysis of 122 cases of CPA tumors diagnosed in the Department of Pathology, IHBAS was done from January 2004 to August 2019. There were 56 males and 66 females in the age group of 8-68 years. Clinical history ranged from 10 days to 5 years. Clinical symptoms included hearing deficit, visual loss, facial nerve dysfunction, nausea, vomiting, headache, seizures, unsteadiness and disequilibrium. Historadiological correlation was found in 112 cases (91%).In our series of CPA tumors, nonacoustic tumors were more frequent than in previous studies. We found that presence of intrameatal fraction is not exclusive only for schwannomas. There can be a rare occurrence of medullobastoma/small round cell tumor in CP angle. The final pathological verification can at times give unexpected results. Ginkgolic Immunohistochemistry did not have a significant role in diagnosis of cerebellopontine angle tumors.Outcomes of cochlear implantation (CI) are generically assessed using standard validated measures like CAP, SIR, MAIS and MUSS scales. Although this reflects the improvement in auditory verbal skills among the implantees with habilitation over one year, the overall perception of their skill development may vary between the parents of these children and the clinicians who provide the habilitation. This study aimed to compare the CAP and SIR scores sequentially over habilitation and further analyzes the correlation between clinician assessment (with CAP/SIR scores) and parental perspective (with MAIS/MUSS scores), at the end of one year of habilitation. 388 children aged 1-6 years who underwent unilateral CI were included in the study. Their baseline CAP and SIR scores were recorded post implantation. All children received 1 year of intensive auditory verbal therapy and their 12 month CAP, SIR, MAIS and MUSS scores were then recorded. The baseline CAP/SIR scores were compared with 12 month CAP/SIR scores and then their 12 month CAP/SIR scores were correlated with 12 month MAIS/MUSS scores respectively. There was significant difference between baseline and the 12 month CAP/SIR scores (p  less then  0.001). There was strong positive correlation between CAP and SIR scores after 12 months of habilitation (r = 0.7), while there was moderate positive correlation between CAP and MAIS scores (r = 0.59) and between SIR and MUSS scores (r = 0.49) respectively. Though the parents note significant improvement in child's communication abilities, the parental perspective of final outcomes does not always match with the clinician's assessments at the end of habilitation, as highlighted by the moderate correlations. A more precise method of holistic assessment is lacking currently and stands warranted.
